I was terribly disappointed with the staff's indifference. After my fall, there was no follow-up or concern about my well-being. It felt like I was invisible during my entire stay, which added to my sadness.

I had a very frustrating experience at the hotel due to a last-minute reservation issue that cost me over $900. The staff's handling of my situation left much to be desired.

Breakfast had nice options like waffles and yogurt. Enjoyed the fitness center for workouts. Loved the comfy seating area with a sofa bed for lounging.

My children wanted a better variety of towels by the pool.
